Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Pipe Guy. We take pride in getting our products from our Arlington Texas headquarters to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Processing & Handling Times
• Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.
• Weekends/Holidays: We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The USPS rates are used for domestic orders and only valid USPS addresses will be accepted.

Other shipping carriers may be used for certain orders and other carriers may be requested by the buyer. In the occasional event that we select another shipper, any additional shipping charges will be disclosed prior to shipping or will be at our expense. Any buyer requested special shipping will be calculated and disclosed to the buyer prior to shipment at the buyers expense.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Geographic Scope
• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Any buyer residing outside the 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may opt to engage a third party international shipper of their choice. Our responsibility for any liability regarding any third party entity ends with delivery to the domestic third party address.
Note that customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issue
My Pipe Guy is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

2. Local Pickup
We DO NOT offer local pickup at our Arlington, TX location. By request, on an individual basis, we may meet a buyer at a local pipe lounge or other public mutually agreed upon venue to deliver certain purchases in the DFW metroplex. This is neither guaranteed, nor possible at certain times. Of course all shipping terms would be by mutual agreement in these instances.
