Our refund policy is designed to ensure our customer’s satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Pipes will ONLY be accepted UNSMOKED for a refund. Our refund is for the cost of the returned item only.
